Comfy Knit Dresses for the Holiday Season

I may forever be a jeans girl but one of my favorite “easy outfits” for the holiday season just so happens to be a dress. Ribbed knit or sweater styles in a midi length to be specific. Flattering, chic and always comfy is my dress motto and there’s something about this silhouette that just feels right—dressed up with your favorite pumps or down with sneakers.

True to form, I’ll always reach for neutrals (black, white or camel) but ribbing or a tie waist adds the perfect touch to feel festive * just enough * …while still acting as a wardrobe staple beyond the holidays.

This white ribbed dress is a few seasons old (I think I wore it Christmas 2019) but I’m curating a list of easy alternatives (plus the comfy sweater jumpsuit I wore for Thanksgiving!) to toss on this season—especially for a comfy holiday at home but no matter how you’re spending it.
