Floral Midi Dress with Sleeves

Spring is almost here and while we’ve been lucky to have a taste of spring weather (hello, 70 degrees!), there’s still a little layering to be done this season. Having styles for these transitional months is essential and I absolutely adore pairing flirty, feminine dresses with edgy layers and details. You may remember this floral midi dress I snagged in my first Trunk Club and it’s such a sweet staple. I personally love having midi dresses in my collection because they’re versatile and flattering and can easily bridge the gap between seasons.

This particular style is definitely one you can wear in the spring and summer months with strappy sandals and wedges, as well as into fall and winter with cozy cardigans and outerwear. I added an edgy vibe with a moto jacket here but a denim jacket would work well for spring, as well!

I love how this midi dress has subtle puff sleeves for interest plus the perfect slit placement, so it doesn’t become too dowdy which a floral, long-sleeve midi dress can definitely do. It also nips in at the waist just enough.

I can’t wait to keep this dress in rotation for spring and summer. It’s a great little staple to have on-hand for casual days, date night and special events. Think Easter, Mother’s Day, weekend brunches, weddings, bridal showers, etc! For reference, I’m 5’6” and have the xs.
