Hot Pink Cold-Shoulder
A lot of love for anything off-the-shoulder, cold-shoulder, no-shoulder lately. I may have added seven off-shoulder tops to my wardrobe this season. (Ok yea I did. I bought THREE new ones just the other day.) I love them all (obviously), but I'm especially all the heart eyes over this hot pink cold-shoulder from Nordstrom. I generally don't gravitate towards color, but I've recently been on a hot pink kick—maybe because peonies are in season??—and I had to have it. It also comes in white and I was planning on getting that, but I decided to diversify my wardrobe just a little bit.
It's a steal at $38 (mine's an xs) and it's perfectly flirty and feminine. I like how it contrasts against charcoal and how a black bag and studded shoes add a bit of edge. These are the shoes I have in nude and I'm really glad I got the black, because honestly how could I not have black flats? I think the mixture of edgy and feminine is the epitome of my style, but this top would look really pretty with white denim and tan wedges or even tucked into cutoff shorts for a casual look this summer.
I also really have a lot of love for my new layered necklace! I realized I kind of stopped wearing necklaces in favor of rings, but this piece adds the perfect delicate touch to any look.
