Spring is finally in the air (hopefully for good!) so I threw on my first dress of the season! I can't even say how many times I've said this, but I'm such a jeans girl. I don't typically reach for dresses, but when I do I like them to be really versatile—meaning I can dress them up or down. Although honestly, I tend to lean towards the latter option. 

This little Maggy London dress is perfect for that. It's a classic shift silhouette (with tee sleeves-wish I got a pic showing that!) and the lace overlay and soft blue makes it really fresh for spring and summer. I could have easily dressed this up for Easter paired with wedges or heels—or worn with a denim jacket—but I adore edgy-feminine looks, so I had to give it a little edge with my go-to moto. (Side note: Seriously the online image of this jacket doesn't do it justice!) 

Anyway, this dress is seriously adorable and will be such a go-to for spring and summer events. My sister's getting married this year (eeep! SO excited!) and I'm already thinking of outfits for upcoming showers, etc.

ALSO, if you haven't snagged these nude flats yet then JUST DO IT YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT YOU'RE MISSING. Seriously. Can't even begin to tell you how obsessed I am. From casual to dressy to everything in between, you need them in your life. And I need more. And maybe the heel version too. It's on my list.
